Elevators haven’t worked for two weeks. My son is on 4th floor and takes the bus everywhere to come home with groceries and climb 4 flights of stairs. These kids pay too much of rent to not have a working elevator.
My friend lived at this complex- complete mess. There was trash all over the hallways . The gym was always broke. For the amount she paid, this was absurd. I would never even consider living here and she counted down the days until she moved out. Once she did move out , she was charged extortionate fees. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
Extortionate move out fees for unwarranted "reasons" that they can't even keep straight. Unresponsive team. Half the gym is broke, trash is covering half the garage. With the insane price of rent, you could get something so much better.
My daughter lived here. Parents- this is not a student housing complex you want your child at. The office is unresponsive and extortionate with move out fees. The key fob access is always somewhat broke, and she once had an uber driver leave when waiting because there was a man she did not feel safe around in the parking lot. That man was the security guard who was on top of his car using his vape. Your student can find much better housing for much cheaper
