Pretty decent apartment for college I lived in a crappy dorm when I went to college in the 90s, but as a parent and the one who pays the rent, when I have a question, I am never able to communicate with a LIVE PERSON. Safety and Security- lack of . My daughter has moved in to this UCF offsite apartment. Recently an unhoused person walked right in to a students apartment. How you ask, the doors to the building were left unlocked and allowed this non resident of the building to gain access. This is a daily occurrence at this complex. The key fobs are not needed says my daughter, you can just walk into any building. In addition the parking garage has a gate, that is never down. * Update: Replying and telling me to reach out even thought I spent weeks calling and sending emails with proof of my incorrect charges?? Please try to find another place near UCF. There are so many places that are cheaper, cleaner, and more professional. Lived here for 2 months and I would not recommend at all. Maintenance is the only great part about this complex. I can’t keep my silence anymore I have to leave a review, whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’m the type to never leave reviews but this one has to be left because this place is just sad.
