I have to update this review. Averys contacted me after reading the review. I must say, he was very kind, apologetic, and is going to refund our money. I am very impressed that he is willing to do this for us. Thank you, sir! I will make this as short as possible. Very close to $3900.00 is what we paid to have them guess at what was wrong with our truck, try several different things, replaced things that didnt need replaced, only to tell us they spent so much time on it, they had it for well over a week) and have no idea wha... read more
I cant say anything positive about my experiences with this place vs prior experiences at other shops. Im sure some of the staff is professional or competent but it only takes one or few to make your company look like the epitome of embarrassment. Like anyone knows a bad shop can do, quote you for a million things you dont need and try to charge at least 3x the fair market price for parts or labor.. they aren't running any sort of business, they are just taking advantage of anyone unfortunate enough to attempt to use their s... read more
