I want to make it clear that this review has nothing to do with the dentists or hygienist at Avery Ranch Dental, but rather our recent experience with the billing department/office manager side of the house. We have been patients of Dr. Lowrance for at least seven years at this point. My husband, myself and all three of our teens see her and we've been very happy. RecommendedGreat dentist office. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind everyone was. Dr. Patel took time to explain in detail the treatment needed. I didnt feel like he was in a rush to get to the next patient like I have been made to feel at other offices. I'm very happy I made my appointment here :)
I’ve been going here for over 10 years. It’s out of my way because I’ve moved twice since then. I love the service and the staff so much here though that it is absolutely worth the inconvenience.

My five year old was recently seen at Avery Ranch Dental. They took time to answer his anxious questions, reassured him, and listened to his crazy stories. The sugar free lollipops helped too! He now loves the dentist and I’m so grateful!
I have never been a fan of going to the dentist - but who is really? This was my first experience with a dentist since moving to the Austin area and I could not have been treated better. While I originally went in for a checkup and cleaning I found out that I would need to get a crown due to a cracked tooth. Avery Ranch Dental is the best. Gale was awesome, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment, and so friendly. Thanks for such a great experience.
My regular hygienist Geri, who is excellent, was out of the office, so another hygienist did my cleaning. She was a bit rough, spraying me with water and at one point poking my lip with the tool to remove plaque. At the end, I noticed that she didn’t ask me to feel with my tongue in case any additional care is needed. I appreciate this being asked.
Very professional and courteous staff. I felt very comfortable.
