I can only reiterate what **** W said in her review below. We are investigating a mismanagement of funds, and I concur: they literally NEVER get back to you. We had to beg and threaten them to pay our bills, and our insurance policy nearly lapsed because of their indifference. There was no cooperation in the transfer to a new management company, and they made the new manager go in person to their offices to collect documents, and eventually our money. I would give zero star if it were an option. Avery has mismanaged our building's association fund and we hadn't noticed until we received a notice from utility company stating power would be shut off for failure to pay months of bill's. They literally NEVER get back to you and have misplaced our assessment funds. Stay as far away from this property management company as you can.
This is the worst property management company I have ever worked with (and have worked with over 30 companies for my personal residence and investment properties). They do not have qualified staff, they do not have a strong contact list and the owner and company have such a bad reputation that multiple contractors refused to complete work on our building. Any project we had them "manage" was 4-8 months delayed and ~40% over budget with less than satisfactory quality.
