So-so service, neighborhood I lived in a one-bedroom in Hickory Place in 2004. I found the neighborhood to be so-so; I didn't always feel safe around the other tenants. The rent was on the low side for this part of Indianapolis, so I think some of lower-income tenants made Hickory Place home. Benefits are easy access to I-69 and shopping in Castleton.
