Not a bad place to live This is a relatively safe place to life. Area is very quiet in the front of the complex but more active in the rear areas. Nice area for amentiteis with a pool, gym, car wash and a little pond. Apartments are decent with a good maintance crew. The office staff is nice and they offer privacy with a gated enterance. Would recommend it for young active couples.
Quiet Reputation Full of Party This place is nestled in the heart of Perimeter-Dunwoody in an un-assuming corner of a Wal-mart shopping center. But look out! This place is a great spot for hooking up and letting your hair down.
a fun spot This is a fun spot for grabbing a beer or for a whole night out. They are always having specials and contests so be sure to be on the lookout for that. The only problem I have is that they are always changing their hours of operation. I dont think that they are open during the week anymore, except maybe thursdays, you'll have to call the place to make sure. Horrible Place These people are rude. They never do there job, you ask to get something fixed and it never gets done. They never listen or help to fix your problems. There really nosy, greedy, thieving people. The people they allow to live here are rude people, trashy people. Ive lived here for 4 months and got in to arguments with most of my neighbors. Here is a quick background of this apartment community ?? There have been at least 3 different owners over the last 5 years.
