Michael is the best maintenance technician he’s the best supervisor this property ever had (: He unclogged my toilet with ease
Updated to my Review: There’s been a recent turnover in staff and maintenance, but I have to give a huge shout out to Michael. Michael recently tackled a three hour fix on my A/C and worked tirelessly until it was completely sorted out. He’s super thorough, efficient, and actually follows up to make sure everything is running smoothly. I really appreciate the great service! Nice place to live, apartments are large and you have access to your own garage. Dog friendly and Staff /Maintenance are always helpful.
Michael, the maintenance man. Service my water heater on 9/2. I was very pleased with the EXECPTIONAL service i.e. with a smile on his face, very PROFESSIONAL, and MANORABLE. It was a PLEASURE to see that there is good CUSTOMER service out there. Way to go Michael, you ROCK like a STAR 🌟
Michael is an exceptional maintenance technician always handy and happy to help he fixed my dishwasher with ease!
