Terrible “emergency” response. I had no power since 1:58am and both called and texted their emergency number and they showed up 9:15am. When asking maintenance they said their new AI system doesn’t show who’s calling so they have no way to know who needs assistance, but they knew somehow in the morning. When asking the main office they claimed an “emergency” doesn’t require immediate attention but instead is 24 hours to resolve.
