I have lived here at Avery Place Villas one month shy of four years; I am one happy resident! The leasing office always looks warm and inviting, just like the leasing office staff, especially the property manager, Vicki. Phone calls are almost immediately returned. They promptly attend to the needs of residents with courtesy, professionalism, and competence. Maintenance is amazing & respond to work orders same day. Ms. Vickie in the office genuinely cares about her residents and addresses any concerns immediately. I love living here!!!!!
The Ladies are really nice but the process at move in my opinion very complicated I understand when you buying but for renting too many things when you already have a lot of things in mind when you are moving shouldn’t be that complicated too many steps after you are approved please help other Tenants to have a smooth moving process Thank you
