Here the whys and why nots to live here My opinion after moving here....... I give this place a 3 star due to issues ive encountered. Not all experience are same but this is my honest review. Its a place to live and has its plus to living here. Not saying it's not a safe place but does have issues. Yes, Gated complex with well kept grounds. Yes security comes through as well as towing. yes Maintaince and mangers fix stuff fast. Unusually within 48 hrs. Yes Staff is helpful. Megan great and very nice. My experience with Renew Avery Park was extremely disappointing and stressful. On our very first night in the apartment, we discovered a severe roach infestation throughout the unit, including around the refrigerator area and other parts of the kitchen. The unit was clearly not in a habitable condition when it was given to us. Because of the infestation, we were forced to leave immediately for our health and safety. I recently toured this property with the manager, Megan Hawkins and was blown away by her level of care for the community and the people who live there. We were stopped several times by residents and you could tell by the energy that there is a high level of mutual respect and appreciation between the residents and management. This is such a beautiful and peaceful community. The landscaping is really well kept and gives the whole property a calm, welcoming feel. The apartments are spacious and updated, and the overall environment feels very safe and comfortable. Management has been great to work with as they are very professional and helpful throughout the process.
