Renew Avery Park Apartments is a beautiful, clean, and safe community. The apartments are well-maintained, and any maintenance issue is quickly taken care of by Dustin and Chris. I love my apartment, and the manager, Megan, is fantastic, she made my move-in experience smooth and welcoming. The amenities are clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.
It’s a wonderful experience living here at renew Avery. I love the amenities here. I like going to the gym here. I like my laundry area in my unit. It is a safe community to live in. Staff here is helpful and try their best to help us whichever way they can. Megan is awesome, polite and helpful. Elijah showed us our apartment and is so welcoming and helpful. Kiara was so help, thoughtful and was so patient to answer all my questions during our walk through visit of the property. Disappointed we couldn't see a 1 bedroom unit instead of a 2 bedroom during our vist to the site. The property outside looked well maintained, don't expect it to be prefect of course but I see areas not maintaied very well still unclean and some issues on property. They are horrible do not answer the phones at all. Ive watched them look at the phone ring and not answer .
This place will tow your car without warning and there is no signage DO NOT PARK IN FUTURE RESIDENT PARKING. They will immediately tow your car and the office backs them! And in fact they call them to have your cars taken away. Do not live here, do not park here stay away They also moved me in knowing there knowing their below market rate was ending.
