Since the week we moved here the pest problem has been out of control. We keep our place clean and have still experienced roaches, mice, and bedbugs. And we were assured our building was pest free. Mice act like they pay rent and management doesn't take the issue seriously. In the 20 months we've been here, we put in 20 extermination requests that did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Jaleesa, Jaleesa, Jaleesa! She’s the one you want to talk to! I ran into some car trouble and required a rental. When I inquired about getting a temporary parking pass, she immediately responded. When I came in to retrieve the pass, she greeted me as if we had known each other a long time ago- this was her demeanor when I was looking for rental prospects. My experience with Avery park apartments was wonderful. We had the best tour experience with Jaleesa, she gave us detailed tour and polite.
Jaleesa was very great! She was very charismatic and had very positive energy. This was my first time renting an apartment and I had all my questions and concerns addressed with a smile! I will definitely recommend this property to anyone I know and to speak directly with Jaleesa! Thank you again!
