Horrible experience yet the 3rd time and this is the second time I've had to step out of character and this will be the last time I'll visit without the owner(Tina), she's amazing but can't say the same for most of the staff. Really upset and hate I even had to do this review. I got my natural nails done and they look HORRIBLE!! I NEED FOR TINA TO REACH OUT!
