Roaches, roaches, roaches! We notified management and they spray your apt. only to send those critters running to somebody else's apt. Or they come back. But should be spraying the whole property on a regular basis. They keep up the maintenance on the outside weekly. So why not spray every few months especially if they keep increasing our rent yearly?????

I have lived in Avery Lake Apartments for 8+ years. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The rent is affordable. Not luxury apartments but definitely nice for the price and area.

I lived here for a few years and I’m so thankful that I moved out. Marsha is nasty and just money hungry. The maintenance staff has little to no training or experience. When you do see them on the property, they are taking a smoke break. There is a bad problem here with closets molding and water bugs coming out of the air vents. When I bought this to Marsha’s attention and maintenance, they told me that it was normal. I lived/ visited some nasty places but never had seen water bugs coming at the vents.
