Gate is always broken, cars build upfront because the code that is suppose to doesnt.
I lived here for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Great place in a great location with a great price point for the area. The apartments are large with new appliances and finishes. The management team is great and responsive. We never had to wait more than a day or two for maintenance tickets to be worked on or resolved. It's pet friendly and just a nice space overall. My son recently moved into Avery Glen and the management team, especially Heather Vargas, has been extremely helpful and responsive to all questions that we have had. The apartment complex is in a great location and I would recommend it highly.
I have lived in Avery Glen for the past year, and I seriously can't recommend it enough. The apartments are clean, large, updated, and perfectly located near downtown Decatur. Kiran, the Community Director, has been so helpful. From helping me find an apartment to helping me with anything that may come up, she never fails to go above and beyond for anything I may need. She and Kevin, who runs maintenance, are so quick and helpful. They make the community feel like a home.
I've lived at Avery Glen for about 7 months and can't say enough great things about the place. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The maintenance manager has a pleasant, accommodating attitude, despite being super busy (and despite me being rather particular about certain things).
