Go on take the money and run! That's what Mr. Avery does. In this economy, he should be lucky he is as busy as he is, because his customer service sucks. When I drop $13,000.00 on a product, I expect services promised, not a v-m recording stating he's too busy to respond. Go elsewhere for your generator needs!

AVERY did a fantastic job uninstalling, pouring a concrete slab and reinstalling my standby generator.

Josiah did a great job servicing my Generac generator. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He actually showed up and did the work when other Generac dealers would never call me back! Highly recommend Avery Electric!

He takes the time to explain the process and what's going on and why he is doing things the way he does. We called again later because we was not getting power to our hot water heater ( we was not smart enough to push the reset button) he insisted on coming back out right away ( about 730pm) . I will definitely recommend Josiah to all of my family and friends.
