I most definitely recommend Aversboro Coffee. I’ve been going to this shop for 10 years, since Josh and his family took over. We are all family there. I love that everyone can feel safe, communicate with each other, do arts & crafts, have meetings, play games, open mic night, Bible study groups, homeschool groups, etc. And great coffee!!! 😍😇
I will never come here after learning of the way that our NC Poet Laureate Jaki Shelton Green was treated simply because the conservative owner did not like one of her poems due to its "political" and "abusive" nature. This is censorship, racism, and bigotry.
Witnessed the most precious Proposal at the coffee shop yesterday ...she said "Yes" 💞
