We love Dr. Matthew Nelson! He has cared for our cats for a few years now. The staff is great! The office is clean and the vibe is homey and professional. We are 100% satisfied with Averill and find great comfort in knowing that out pets are known and loved by their vet.
Truly amazing. Very outgoing and lovely staff. They truly pay attention to your pet as if they are the only one they are seeing for the day. Love them!!! The vets spend as much time as needed, you don't feel rushed and they are not packed in the waiting room. I am sure at times they are but are very organized.
