This is the most unprofessional facility I've ever dealt with. Giving clients fail or refusal because the client was struggling to urinate fast enough? It was a saturday and they closed at 12, client was there at 11 45. Was told after 2 min that because they couldn't go they needed to leave!? Why wouldn't they allow them back into the line to try again? They still had other clients in the building. Slow, it they have a computer issues they still will charge you. A total waste of time and money.
