Never too busy, never a long wait. The lab can get backlogged if you need quick results, unavoidable.
I called in today 10/16/2024 at around 02:08pm and the lady that Answered the phone was so rude. It is so crazy how someone can be so rude working with patients with medical conditions.
Might have been dependent on the day, but it was super fast, in and out, and got my results the next day.
