If anyone is thinking of using this company to sell there home, don't, this property has been listed with them for 6 months by Jack Jordan, look at photos as to how they take care of the properties they are selling, and this is in a very nice subdivision overlooking Lake Guntersville.

Robin Evans was our realtor and she is amazing! She is so responsive and really cares about her client. She walked us through each step of the process of buying and selling a house, and helped us navigate some tricky situations when the seller and their realtor were making things very difficult. Robin is so sweet, professional, and dedicated to her job. I will definitely be recommending Robin and Averburch to all of my friends!!

I had an excellent experience with Averbuch. They were personable, professional, and experienced. My agent held my hand through the building/buying process, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. She was quick to respond and put my concerns at ease. My wife and I purchased our first home with a VA loan through this Realtor Business and deeply regret using their service. They consistently took the side of the seller and consistently tried to convince us not to request things of the sellers. We had more help from our lender than our realtor throughout the entire process.
