Re: wifi connexion issue due to a fierce antivirus battle inside my laptop :-) Technician Etis needs a good praise! He was able to figure out in a flip something that I had been trying to do for 2 days. And he was kind enough to teach me some stuff on how to prevent the problem from occuring again. Average Joes repair has extremely reasonable and friendly workers with good 1 day repair. I have had my back glass for my phone repaired there twice, and both times they really understood that as a college student the price can be high. The second time they accidentally installed the wrong color back glass, and due to my skepticism they were kind enough to drop the price and still offer to change the color for free, very reasonable and customer friendly. Thank you!

What a great experience with Average Joe! I broke my screen and could not access my phone at all. I had called Samsung and Spectrum with zero help. Average Joe showed me how to access it until I could get it fixed. Going to use him for all of my devices in the future!
