The most horrible experience ever. Was turned down at 12a.m. Till 9a.m. After major breathing problems and the worst chest pain. I waited for it to get to the point of emergency. They don’t want it of course who does but since the staff can get it the doctor will not see you. I even called ahead of time and she told me to go in. They wouldn’t see me.
Loved the doctor care! The billing end needs work. If you have a huge bill they refuse to set up a affordable payment plan. All of the other Avera facilities will set up payment plans that work for the family....not the clinic. They refused and were not nice about it. We will finish out going there for this one issue because the doctor was awesome and will not return due to the billing office and inability to set up affordable payment plans!
