Went to get a knee aspiration/knee drain done. When I asked a few questions to the ladies working where you checked in about the procedure. They failed to answer, failed to ask for someone who can help out prior to the appointment (nice way to make a quick dollar when you get charged once in the patient room), and just laugh before going back to stare at the computers they're working on.
