I had seen Dr. Gregory Mumm who dismissed my husband and my concerns saying they have done all the testing that could be done. Which is not true. I say this because there is a relative who had over 200 markers looked into and I wasn't even close to having that done. He then told us that this could ONLY be fibromyalgia. Nothing else. I never leave reviews, but my experience here was shocking and it merits a review to keep other people from a similar experience. My GP sent me a referral to this office and his referral was denied. I ended up at Mayo Clinic without a referral where a 30 year Lupus specialist there diagnosed me with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome. After my diagnosis, my GP tried to get me in again to this office to get local care. They allowed me meet with Dr. Kara Petersen. She didn't give me an exam. Sh... read more
Dr Vercel made my mom feel very uncomfortable and the nurse Anna seemed to take things very personally when we told her that my mom was gonna continue care with her primary care . Even called me twice in one day just to be problematic and was very hard to communicate with as a nursing student I don’t think this conversation should have been so difficult … very strange experience with this clinic. This is Unfortunate because avera hospital seems to be great other wise.
