My review is strictly for doctor bruce. Everything else would have been 5 stars. The nurses, the staff, everything else was great. The doctor was literally the worst doctor i've ever dealt with in my entire life. Having a child admitted to the hospital is already hard and and feeling helpless. So having a doctor for your child who makes you feel stupid, and frustrated with anything you question or want to know, made it very traumatizing. Dr Cole is a great! She has been caring for my children for the past few years. She works hard to help them feel better! She is very knowledgeable, collaborates with others well, and is open to discussing my many many questions!! Her staff is great as well! Great at communicating!! We appreciate her very much!
