Im not sure what all the bad reviews were about but I've had a great experience going here so far. My psychiatrist is very receptive of my needs and concerns and has yet to make me feel dismissed in any instance. Any time I call the office about a concern or send a message through the portal, the staff usually get back to me same day or the morning directly after. The psychiatrist dept is God awful. I've been going there for years and not once have I been able to see anyone other than a resident Dr. I've ran out of meds so many times because the residents work 1-2 days a week. Lol. There is a pharmacy on site right below the office and the communication is horrible. both always say we never received a refill request. I finally started using Lewis because they get a confirmation on the refill they sent but the office still says they never got it.

Scott Schneider needs to retire, he’s no good at his job anymore. Told me ‘I’d be back’ for more meds. Professional. I was 17 at the time and had major depressive disorder. That could have ended poorly.. I was lucky I had supportive friends. There’s other good doctors here, just not him.
