It would be nice if Avera would let patients create there medical profile picture and not change it or be butt hurt by a picture. Also it would be nice for Avera to post a list of insurance that are accepted at Avera clinics and hospitals. It would also be better if the front staff would be more friendly and not just eh. Kind of sets a bad example and reputation for the company and is a good reason for people to not go to specific clinics. Dr Mary and staff r fantastic. As a veteran, I appreciate Dr Mary is direct, gives me options and always very professional. Katlin was professional and knowledgeable plus Dee does the pain free blood lab work. I thank my lucky stairs that she is my family Dr.
