Wish I could leave a zero star. Very offended by the nursing staffs behavior.
The care staff was fine, the billing from the ER is ridiculous. My son got a burn from a sparkler on the top of his foot. After googling we read that it was likely a 3rd degree burn and everything I read advised getting care immediately. We went to this location and spent less that 30 minutes in the office. The Dr. was there less than 5 minuets and there was NO medical intervention for my son. I had already cleaned the wound and the staff only put on bacitracin and a bandage. Nurses and Dr's are fantastic. They answered all my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand as a 1st time foster mom. Thank you.
Trisha Knutson has been out family doctor for 15 years. Amazing how time has flown by and she remembers her patients from day 1. Always direct and to the point, patient with my kids and very caring. When Trisha isn't available her wonderful assistant Kim steps up and is just as amazing. Thank you for being our primary care provider and treating us so well.
