This 1 star review is for the urgent care staff. Thursday night I brought my 5 year old and 6 month old in because they were both sick. When we walked in the wait time was 69 minutes. After we waited for an hour and half and seen 9 people that checked in after us brought back for appointments, I went up to the counter and asked the receptionist what is going on. Nurse practitioner Laura J. Van Beek was super rude towards my grandpa, who is 79 years old. She got mad at my grandpa when he tried to stand up to go lay on the ground to relieve his sharp lower back pain after sitting on the chair for too long. She said, "What is he doing?" as he told her that sharp pain had occurred in his lower back as he had been sitting in that chair for too long.
