Karl oehlke is the best PA in the field of psychiatry absolutely the best
I had a brief stay here a couple years ago after experiencing a mental health crisis. The urgent care provider was rude and loudly said personal details about me outside of the exam room so all could hear. Check in process made me feel like a prisoner. I was given a room with two beds despite saying I had severe social anxiety. I ended up getting an adolescent aged roommate that was transferred to the appropriate unit later on. Laura Withorne-Maloney, CNP Is an excellent provider. She is very thorough in her assessments. She takes the time to listen to her patients. She is very knowledgeable. She is quick at responding to symptoms and manages them well. She is great at getting your condition well controlled. Improved quality of living. I had been passed along through the resident physicians and was able to establish care with her as a long term patient. 5/5 stars. Dr.Bergen is absolutely terrible, judgmental, rude has this terrible attitude. He is not someone to work with people with mental health issues. Staff is terrible as well. They judge you because of ur mental issues that you suffer with. A rock is more caring than Dr. Bergen I left his office every time I saw him miserable. But, him being the way he is he’ll just spread untruthful things about you to the next doctor you wanna transfer to. Please take my advice don’t go here.
