Large facilities with many many pieces of equipment. Multiple racks of freeweights and a large number of cable machines. Dry and wet sauna. Large hot tub. Lap pool and exercise pool. Basketball court. Sports massages. Fitness coaches always willing to help and give advice and classes you can take as well. Large locker rooms and plenty of showers.
Having a great experience with every visit.... staff and employees are very pleasant and professional....
