RecommendedWonderful morning fitness classes and a variety of equipment! Even during the pandemic, I feel safe coming here. Temperature and symptom checks at the entrance, limited number in fitness classes, all staff wearing masks, and more cleaning measures in place give me ease with working out safely!

They really follow common sense practices for healthy fitness with emphasis on what your particular body can do, very positive, fun and educational staff!
The facility itself is wonderful but what makes me keep coming in regularly is the ladies that work the front desk. It only took two visits and one lady had my name memorized already and greets me by it every day. All of them are so nice and friendly and make the AMFC such a welcoming place to come.
