This review is on behalf of my parents who have consistently had poor experiences here thanks to one employee in particular. They will go in to schedule an appointment to donate blood. They arrive at the scheduled date/time and she will consistently tell them that the appointment does not exist, but that they can back the next day.
its truly amazing at how difficult it is to donate blood on this site. any reason there isn't a "Donate blood here" button? It's crazy how unorganized this page is for someone trying to donate blood. I still haven't found it..
