Greedy company, highly unprofessional realtors, dirty properties, not maintained and over priced. I rented a property which was never maintained by the company despite my many requests and complaints during the time I stayed there. The property was price gouged during the Freeze which was not only unfair and deceptive but also highly unethical.

I will never do business with this company again, highly unethical and very poor response times. Property was dirty and not maintained, very unprofessional owner. Steer clear and go elsewhere!

Wors property management company we've worked with in the past 10 years. I am a property owner and not once did they check up on the property I would always find out about the issues directly from the tenents. All they did was collect money. Constent issues would go unaddressed. Tenents would park on the lawn, constantly damaged property and was never addressed.

As of today we have had a good experience with AWPM the process was quickly and Michelle was great!!! Looking forward to this new journey with my family & AWPM really helped us along the way :)

*This review is in regards to AvenueWest Property Management and the real estate units they manage, not own. I was a tenant at a property managed by AvenueWest for two years. In those two years, I worked with an employee by the name of Michelle. Unfortunately, all of my experiences with her have been negative. She is very unprofessional and takes days, if not weeks, to get back to you on issues that are time sensitive, sometimes only responding if you call or email to remind her.
