I have been trying to get information on a rental and the manager, or whatever she is, will not return my calls. I've called the main number and talked with a gentleman from Colorado and he has been so helpful. I was hoping to rent a place for three months in San Francisco through this company, but I'm so hesitant because the person who is suppose to be the contact is useless. Please, avoid renting a property with @AveWestGlobal . They have a slow, unpolite and not responsive service, specially Angela (CEO) and Chani (Property Manager). I had to deal with beautiful "pets" for over a month and they did nothing but lie to me!

I contacted Avenue West when I needed a short term furnished apartment in SF. They were extremely helpful in finding a place that was not only nicely furnished but convenient and quiet. Chani was helpful, prompt in replies, worked hard to find exactly what we wanted and went the extra mile to be helpful in every way as soon as we arrived in SF. Thank you so much for working with us. I will be certain to contact them first when I return to SF and need housing.
