Genuine service. It's been a tough couple of months after move in for everybody, but a lot of changes have been made since the beginning of this annual year. More good than bad and a lot of growth has happened as well. The staff, and time they spend relating to you, your concerns, and even mistakes, is top notch 6 stars. Really means a lot in this day and age, when most people dont have good intentions especially in the housing industry.
Parents and Students BEWARE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! After only two months of living here, they gave my daughter''s room away to someone else. They tried to say that she had not renewed her lease. She never got a renewal reminder and had no idea when it was time for renewal. This was her very first time getting an apartment on her own and I was not there with her when she signed the contract. Great property that’s not too pricey! The office staff is great and really cares about working stuff out with residents when they have problems. The old management left everything in a mess but the new people are really trying to clean everything up and work out the kinks
