Pleasant and thorough
I like this office - small, friendly and they do good work.
Great staff! Quit going to the dentist for a while, but found these guys and won't go anywhere else.
Excellent cleaning and crown procedure. So pleased to have found Dr. Porter and Susan.
Dentist and Susan was very detailed. I like the fact that he taken the time to talk to me regarding my dental concerns and how the problems can be resolved. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions regarding my care. Glad my friend Tom referred me.
The dental assistant offered me some sort of medicine for pain prior to the procedure in addition to the tradional novacain. The cost was $50.00 and not covered by insurance. It was unclear as to what the medicine did or why it was needed in addition to the traditional medicine.
They take such great care of you here!
Even when confusion arose about a charge after a service I received, Dr Porter and his office were very understanding and willing to work with me. They are prompt and very friendly.
I was so pleasantly surprised at the how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was during my visit. My teeth feel great!
