I Would Not Recommend I rented at Avenues at Creekside on a 6-month Lease. This is supposed to be Luxury Amenities and it is not. At first glance, the pool and the clubhouse look great but most of the time there is always something not working. The entirety of my stay there the security gate to get in the community was broken. When I moved in my apartment was not clean, the carpet was full of dog hair the door handles of the cabinets kept coming off, and worst of all during my stay there I dealt with mice. This company is highly unprofessional. The property manager discussed my rental situation with her husband. I am unable to get a clear answer from anyone in the leasing office. Likewise, I have left the district manager voicemails along with emails. I am being charged a fee for "unable to locate account" in which one person from the leasing office said "this should be able to be rectified" and then property manager stated "the fee must be paid because our banking institution charges us the fee". I then spoke with their banki... read more

Very Comfortable Living Standard I love my new apartment! Although I haven’t meet the property manager yet, the leasing agents are by far THE best I’ve ever got to work with. They are so sweet and hard working. I’ve called several times with lots of questions prior to my move in date. Each time I called, my leasing agent was just as nice and professional as the first time I called. Avoid at all cost!!! Horrible living and loud neighbors and a staff that was extremely rude and degrading with every opportunity they had to do so. Go anywhere else
AVOID Let’s just start with the rent, it is incredibly high for not a very “luxury” apartment. Walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. 2 months living in the apartment and we seem to find ants all over the apartment, called to complain to the manager and was told it was just nature? And don’t even get me started on the parking my designated spot isn’t even anywhere near my apartment I have to walk halfway across the complex just to get to my car and back, packages are stolen from you door and the gate... read more

2nd time living here... We previously lived here the 2nd year it was open, and we LOVED it. (It was called the Mansions at Creekside) The staff was amazing, and it was amazing. We decided to move back and into one of the townhomes this time... Before moving in we were visiting the place for the first time to chat about availability and prices... the staff did not greet us when we walked in, more like glared at us. Great place to live! Been here a few months and the location is great! Office staff is always friendly. Love the interior of my apt. Wood floors are great with having a dog. Would love more benches for the dog park but the area is nice for my dog to run around in! Would recommend to a friend!
Wonderful place to live!! I have only good to report about living here. We have lived here approximately 15 months and have renewed for another 14 months. We have found the Management Team to be professional, caring and extremely helpful. The Maintenance Team is absolutely wonderful. All requests are addressed in the very next day after you submit a request; and/or you receive feedback about when "whatever is needed" will be available.
