I switched to Avenue Tax a few years back and have been nothing but impressed by their friendly service and customer service that is superior to most other tax places I've been. They are extremely knowledgeable in maximizing my return and always able to answer all my questions on the spot!

Had my taxes done at Avenue tax service. Was told that I owed a substantial amount. I overpaid. Had to get my money back from the IRS. Called and tried to speak to Brenda, and she was very short and basically hung up. Never called back. Typical rudeness and lack of explanation like it's been every year. Would not recommend or be using them again.
Been going there for 10+ years. I always can count on great service and help with my taxes so they go smoothly.
