Had my taxes done at Avenue tax service. Was told that I owed a substantial amount. I overpaid. Had to get my money back from the IRS. Called and tried to speak to Brenda, and she was very short and basically hung up. Never called back. Typical rudeness and lack of explanation like it's been every year. Would not recommend or be using them again.
Been going there for 10+ years. I always can count on great service and help with my taxes so they go smoothly.
