I really feel like I was being discriminated, NO one ever called to verify my job nor did I receive an actual denial letter from corporate. The woman in the office told me I should hear back from her or corporate in 5 to 7 business days. When I didn’t, hear back from her or corporate, I reached out to her at 1:34pm. I've been here for about a year and I've had an overall good experience. It's a bit safer than other areas of Houston and it's location is great. The rent's a steal, there's plenty of storage in my studio, which also has a partial wall, new wood floors, and new appliances! There's a W/D hookup in the unit, our manager Keisha has been great too. I do recommend installing a camera doorbell just in case. Have never had a stolen package or any break-ins. Lol 😂 why would you even rent here after being welcomed with this poster. It’s basically telling me that this apartment isn’t safe and the management isn’t gonna do anything about it 🙃. . On the icy on the cake, there’s a sign inside that states professional management. #dead 😵🫨
