They're full of shit! Tried to charge me for an amp I didn't need. When I stated put my truck back the way you found it then all of a sudden a new tech was able to determine all I needed was a Y-splitter. GTFOH!
Just surprised my wife with the Kenwood 693S DVD w/ Navigation and back up camera in her SUV. It was reasonably priced and a quick install. My wife was surprised when she came home from vacation and she LOVES it!!!! Thank you to all of the staff for being courteous and helpful. Definitely will come back
They deserve less than 1 star. This company is run by a rude, unprofessional, insulting, unstable woman. The epitome of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are also not trustworthy and very underhanded. They will try to rip you off every chance they get, and when you don't let them get away with it, well this woman flies off the handle and starts yelling and cursing and being rude. I came in on black Friday to purchase a new navigation to replace my all japanese navigation in my 91 skyline gtr. I picked up a pioneer nex unit for $450 plus $150 for install, and scheduled for install the following week. I dropped the car off the following week at 9 am in the morning and pleaded with the tech I gave my keys too to please be extremely careful with the car as parts are very hard to come by if at all and that I wanted the original navi returned intact.The tec...Continue Reading
Best service I've ever had, the staff were happy, very informative, and respectful . They do a speedy job for reasonable prices. Also there is a huge selection of audio equipment. I'd HIGHLY recommend these guys and gals to anyone!!!
