I would not recommend Avenue Real Estate. I had numerous problems with the rental/lease property. I found Brett and Matt very shady to work with. So much so I am taking legal action. I would never work with either of these men again or with the company. I have been a renter/tenant and an owner of rental property and I have never seen such lack of professionalism as I have encountered with Avenue Real Estate. I highly recommend Brett Price and the Avenue Real Estate platform. I've rented a high end condo in Buckhead for the past two years and they have been fantastic to work with from move-in, to maintenance requests, a renewal process and ultimate move-out. Brett is very responsive, honest and generally on the ball.
