The room was clean and basic. Check-in and valet were courteous and efficient.
One of the elevators has been down for the entire stay with no sign stating that it’s “out of order” ; this is making the trip to lobby extremely painful due to the amount of people in the elevator at any given time.
The customer service is insanely bad. They refused to give me an itemized receipt for my employer to expense!
