I decided to get my eyebrows threaded here and it was the worst decision ever. First of all staff was very hostile not sure if due to racism but was very unprofessional. While threading my eyebrows the treatment was very hostile as she was a bit aggressive with me. Not only that, she left me with very little and poorly shaped, mismatched eyebrows. I would not recommend to a friend at all. Terrible establishment.

Harley did a good job on my nails, I’ll start there and why I’m giving 3 stars. However, i booked an appt online for 6:00. They called me at 5:20 and asked me to come at 5:30 because that was the latest the took appts… so I rushed to get there and ended up having to wait anyways until 6:00 for a tech…… super annoying. Then they asked for me to pay about half way through the appt before we were even done… they just wanted to leave. And it was maybe 6:30 when they close at 7. And there were a good 5-6 other people in there.
