We love the nice clean room, great location to downtown, friendly staff. Next time we visit Ludington we will stay at the Avenue Motel.

I've been staying here for almost 30 years and the new owners have done an awesome job with the renovations. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Ludington. Great location close to downtown and you wont find anyone more friendly and accommodating.
