This building suffers from ongoing heating issues, often leaving residents without hot water or heat. The insulation is so inadequate that you can hear every footstep from the tenants above. Each floor has its share of coin-operated laundry machines, but most of them are temperamental and can sometimes take your money without completing the wash. This is the building that has no heat for over 3 days. This has been reported to the city as a bylaw infraction and an officer will be stopping by asap. If this is not fixed by today we will be calling 911 to get this taken care of asap. People are using space heaters for heating which is a huge fire hazard. This is so unacceptable!!
