In my experience Maintenance issues have been dealt with in a very timely manner.
Avoid! Cockroaches everywhere, they blame the tenant always and refuse to do anything. Even if you rent on time they come up with bogus charges.
Just cockroaches everywhere. Building manager and the management is very rude to the tenants. 13 months contract and 1 month free is a total scam. They make you pay for the entire month plus deposit and handover the keys later after 2 weeks with excuses. The moment you sign the lease and pay, Building manager will vanish right away.
