Worst Management booked a showing with them for 12.30pm confirmed on email as well reached 10 minutes early called customer service they gave me leasing agent keisha s number she did not answer around 12.35 called customer service again they said she is showing unit to someone else…..then she called back @12.39 and said sorry i forgot but i can come in 10 minutes if you can wait more woww …what a team of liars… would never suggest anyone to this place

Staff is helpful, apartment is spacious but as per rent its not worth... Floor is uneven, infrastructure is too old , calling to maintaince service department is easy and wait for 2 days after that is also fine but that email which comes after 3 days after every work order that service has been done/completed without visiting the apartment is frustrating.

They gave wrong keys to get into the building when they changed the lock of all entrances and unable to provide the ones I needed in timely manner was just unacceptable. I had to unlock my patio door all day when I had to leave for work because they didn’t gave the keys in the evening nor even someone from the building reached out to me to let me know when they would send the key. The heat hasn't been working for over 3 days in this building!!! This is ILLEGAL! Multiple tenants have been putting in service calls and complaints and the heat is still not working. The maintenance guy is nice but clearly this is a bigger issue than he is able to fix. We are reporting this to the city of Saskatoon Bylaw and the renters association.

I would avoid renting from Avenue Living at all costs. During the initial process we were looking at two separate units, one in Lawson heights and this unit. The representative from Lawson heights was very pushy and kept trying to get us to sign the lease with high pressure sales tactics; despite forgetting the basic sales tactics (Such as showing up at the scheduled viewing time).
