They gave wrong keys to get into the building when they changed the lock of all entrances and unable to provide the ones I needed in timely manner was just unacceptable. I had to unlock my patio door all day when I had to leave for work because they didn’t gave the keys in the evening nor even someone from the building reached out to me to let me know when they would send the key. The heat hasn't been working for over 3 days in this building!!! This is ILLEGAL! Multiple tenants have been putting in service calls and complaints and the heat is still not working. The maintenance guy is nice but clearly this is a bigger issue than he is able to fix. We are reporting this to the city of Saskatoon Bylaw and the renters association.

I would avoid renting from Avenue Living at all costs. During the initial process we were looking at two separate units, one in Lawson heights and this unit. The representative from Lawson heights was very pushy and kept trying to get us to sign the lease with high pressure sales tactics; despite forgetting the basic sales tactics (Such as showing up at the scheduled viewing time). The application process/application is very easy and the agents and staff are usually very helpful. However, the building that we live in could be better. In terms of maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. The amount of payment per month compared to your condition of living does not seem to match. For example, there's stains on the carpet hall, the exterior of the apartment needs to be repainted or in general, it needs major renovation. It’s over all the place/ or the apartment is nice for two-bedroom unit apartment but the cons are the following: the sink was clogged right away when we first used the sink. Maybe it was from the recent tenant that just move out from the same unit that I was looking at. The maintenance service is slow. They said they would come the day that you called but they never gave me a notice that they didn’t come until two days later.
