Thank you for your excellent customer service and for organizing delivery in a timeline that was most convenient for our Dad. We left the design up to you and it was perfect. It really gave Dad a different take on Mums Birthday (she passed in Nov 2024). It was an uplifting moment for him that he can enjoy for as long as it lasts.
Wanted a yellow tone on tone bouquet for my niece's graduation from Queens. Started by calling a different Kingston florist who did not "get it". I spoke to Paula at Avenue Florist who TOTALLY understood the concept. Paula made recommendations to make sure the bouquet looked full and elegant. The flowers were delivered with materials to keep the bouquet fresh and detailed instructions on caring for the flowers. I’ve gotten flowers sent from this flower shop twice and both times they have blown me away. The recipient of the flowers genuinely loves the colours and design, they truly put a lot of love and work into their Bouquets. Since I do not live remotely close they make placing the order seamless and both times I’ve done it last minute, and they make sure everything works out! 10/10!
Another lovely visit to this beautiful location. I met both ladies (Tanya & Mattias) and helped me choose the perfect small plant for my wife. Amazing selection and very friendly advice.
