I was running a little late less than 15 min. Called to let them know I was running 10 or so min. late. I was told to come on. Broke my neck from above Esplanade on Moss to get there arrived 12 min after 4 for a 4pm appointment. When I got there no one still said anything they were expecting me so they gave all the forms to fill out as I would be seen. Once finished I was not until then given the I was late spill.
