Been with these guys for a while and love the storage unit. I have a pretty big one. Just recently the door came off the hinges, gave them a call and left a message was contacted back in 5-6 minutes and their repair guy was on site in about 20 minutes fixing it in about 5 minutes. I am very impressed with their customer service and how quickly they had it fixed. A+!!!
We've been renting a small unit at fox creek storage for a couple years now. It's been okay except for a couple small things. All of the things in our unit are covered in a thick layer of dust/dirt. After a couple months you will need to wash everything you store in there after you take it out. When signing the lease when I asked when rent was due, the person I was signing with told me as long as I had it in by the 15th it was okay but then you get reminders to pay it by the 1st.
