Dr. Oh and her team are amazing. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and makes you feel well taken care of from the moment you walk in. Dr. Oh is not only an excellent dentist, but also incredibly kind, honest, and thoughtful. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about her patients. My whole family comes to her for dental care, and we couldn’t be happier. I always feel confident recommending Dr. Oh to friends and family.
Dr. Minhee Oh and her team have helped both me and my father in our dental care. Dr. Oh in particular is skilled and meticulous in her practice, and has a very calming presence — great and reassuring bedside manner! Her staff are professional and efficient. How do I give 20 stars? I have struggled to find a great dentist in Los Angeles for years. Finding Dr. Oh and this office is literally a godsend. They’re so wonderful, supremely professional, unreasonably kind, and very prompt, which is perhaps the rarest quality on this list. Thank you!!!
Dr. Oh and her team are amazing. They’re incredibly thorough, honest, and always use the latest technology, which makes me feel really confident in my care. I especially appreciate that they always walk me through different options when I have concerns, but never pressure me into anything. I always feel informed, comfortable, and able to choose what’s best for me. Highly recommend!
I went to this office a bit over a year and I had a great experience with the staff. My main reason why I'm writing this review is that I got a bill a year later, after major services, saying I had to pay extra. This extra money that I had to pay out of pocket was almost $700. They promised that the amount I paid then was based on insurance, etc. I also was unemployed when I got the bill and called in to say I don't have the funds to pay for this, due to that.
