How do I give 20 stars? I have struggled to find a great dentist in Los Angeles for years. Finding Dr. Oh and this office is literally a godsend. They’re so wonderful, supremely professional, unreasonably kind, and very prompt, which is perhaps the rarest quality on this list. Thank you!!!
Dr. Oh and her team are amazing. They’re incredibly thorough, honest, and always use the latest technology, which makes me feel really confident in my care. I especially appreciate that they always walk me through different options when I have concerns, but never pressure me into anything. I always feel informed, comfortable, and able to choose what’s best for me. Highly recommend!
I went to this office a bit over a year and I had a great experience with the staff. My main reason why I'm writing this review is that I got a bill a year later, after major services, saying I had to pay extra. This extra money that I had to pay out of pocket was almost $700. They promised that the amount I paid then was based on insurance, etc. I also was unemployed when I got the bill and called in to say I don't have the funds to pay for this, due to that. Took me years to find a dentist i could actually trust. Dr. Oh is excellent and very responsive. The best part of the dentist is never needing to go back, but now I don’t mind that nearly as much.
The team at Avenue Dental is the best!! Lauren and Stephanie are always super pleasant and knowledgeable and Dr. Oh is so amazing. I've never felt like I was being sold anything and feel genuinely cared for. You will not regret coming here for your dental work!
