We've been Avenue Cafe regulars for over a year. Sal and staff are fantastic! Juan consistently delivers quality meals from the kitchen. My favorite breakfast is The Avenue; eggs, tomato, artichoke hearts, spinach and feta. Delicious! The eggs benedict, heavenly. The cottage is charming, with lots of natural light. Local artists display their work inside, and the fireplace adds to the delightful ambiance that's pure Avenue Cafe. Get there early!

2nd time we come to Ave, and again it did not fail us! Love the area, love the service, and the food amazing! If ever in the Santa Cruz area you have to come have breakfast at Ave.
Love the food and the atmosphere. The breakfast menu makes you feel like you are having a home meal. Lunch is simply great.
Love finding hidden gems. Good food & great service but get there early. Now for a morning beach walk with my beautiful wife. A nice way to spend a Sunday morning!
Best eggs Benedict ever! I got the huevos con chorizo and that was pretty good!
