We chose Avenue Cafe on St. Charles near our AirBnB for its proximity, delightful fairy and AC! We shared the breakfast croissant of sweet thin sliced ham & fontina. Yummy. GOOD COFFEE. Clean. Friendly. Close.

Great stuff! Always so fresh. Juices, salads, sandwiches, bagels and great assortment of coffees, teas and pastries including chocolate croissants. Yuuummm..
